The paper art award 2026 was presented as part of the 10th edition of the art fair paper positions berlin (30 April–3 May). Hideaki Yamanobe was awarded the bronze prize. The award recognises outstanding contemporary paper art and is made possible by the Haus des Papiers (Paper Art Museum) in collaboration with d'mage, Canon and Hahnemühle. The winning works will be acquired for the collection of the Haus des Papiers in Berlin to honour contemporary, independent approaches to the medium of paper. An exhibition of the main prize winners will follow in summer 2026.
